A thunderstorm just passed through my neighborhood. I sat on my porch with the kids and watched the rain and listened for thunder! It was very exciting. There is nothing better then summer rain. Cameron decided that she needed to be dressed for the occasion. Keep in mind it really cooled off to about 85 degrees.

I'm jealous of your cozy looking porch... we just have a front step.. I would love to be able to sit on the front porch and look out into the rain..
I live for thunderstorms and rain. I grew up with frequent T-storms in Minnesota and so when the not-so-frequent storms hit Utah, I am giddy like a little girl.
Maybe you think I act like a little girl all the time but it gets worse.
We enjoyed the rain too, but my kids were the white trash ones playing outside on the corner. half dressed and scarring all the cars that drove by. hee hee:) your porch is amazing... it could be Martha Stewart's house... jealous - somehow our 2x4 cement stoop isn't nearly as exciting! loves...

Don't you love how I'm starting to randomly comment? We missed the storm - we were up in Oregon but I wish I would have been here! I'm SO sick of the heat!!!
