I am sick to death with nerves right now. I have to get up at 5:00 am to go running for 20 miles. In case we don't make it back, I want it to be documented that we are starting at the top of Vivian Park (canyon) around 6:00 am. Then we are following the Provo River Parkway to Utah Lake. We should be done around 10 if you want to decorate a float and bring us trophies. I will gladly accept compliments of "you're fabulous" and "you look like you just walked down the hall not down a mountain to the lake" and "You look like you could use a nap, let me watch your kids." These are all acceptable conversations for tomorrow. If you have something to say to me that doesn't fall in this category, try back Saturday.

Good luck! I am sure you looked great while running 20 miles.
Way to go Laur!
20 miles - that is huge!!! I hope that you are feeling good today, that would be a good indication of how you feel in Hawaii after 26.2.
I am so impressed - and I could come get your kids so you could nap!
Way to GO!!! I'm so impressed.. You'll deserve a nap after that!
You're so fabulous!! I love you! And just fyi, I'm happy to watch the kids sometime! I miss you all so much....last weekend was awesome, but it didn't quench my thirst!
You should be getting back about now -- thinking about you!!!
You are fabulous, so so so fabulous!
She forgot to mention she ran 20 miles and still had time to do her daily duties of making me a hot breakfast, getting me the daily paper and highlighting all of my favorite shows in the TV guide.
So, did you make it back? I would still be running, actually I would be on the side of the road waiting for someone to come pick me up.
YOU ARE AMAZING! YOU ARE MY HERO!
You totally deserve a float and a trophy! So impressed with your ridiculous skills! Been thinking of you -- can't wait to hear how it went! Loves...
That is awsome to run 20 miles!! Your ROCK! And I'm sure you looked fab doing it.
"Can I watch your kid's so you can nap?" the catch is to bring them out to Herriman, okay fine, I will meet you :) Great job, seriously that is such a HUGE accomplishment!
oh heavens! i am so impressed. i thought about doing something like that once, even trained for it, but it just never quite worked out. it's fun reading your blog. even though i only sort of know you & you totally don't know me, i've heard about you forever. i was roommates with both lacies (is that how you'd do multiples of the name? both your sis and cousin & brooke & erica too) have fun with those kiddos. they look like fun!
